Are you True To You?

Stay true to the colors of your character. Don’t let those colors change with your environment or circumstances. Know who you are and always stay true to your colors!!

The sum of your character is defined by your actions and ability to stay true to your authentic self.   When you situation changes and it doesn’t alter who you are or better yet who others perceive you to be then you become a force that others want to surround themselves with on any level.  It speaks volumes when you are able to maintain every ounce of authenticity.  It takes more than just not forgetting where you came from but you must also be able to humble yourself enough not to voice more of an opinion in others lives that have not reached the status you have. Instead use that voice  to encourage, support, and guide not demean and belittle others efforts! This is not to say you have to be so passive that you are overlooked, but just don’t let aggression of your actions/words take such a dominate roll that people run from you not to you!

You can catch more bees with honey!

If you obtain a new found status either through promotion or inheritance then don’t demean others with you new status by suggesting they aren’t doing enough or they only want a hand out. Instead be encouraging and supportive.  Just as quickly as the fame came into your life it can be taken away.  Be mindful of how you interact with others. It’s so important not to let an inflated ego alter your true character. Words hurt and those words linger and change people.

Your words do reflect your character!

Let your daily walk be a reflection of what is inside of you and not what your bank account reflects. Humble yourself in the site of others and learn to walk with people and not on people.  A true leader leads from the heart not from their bottom line.  I feel these words of advice even though they are my own can be put into practice in any area of your life/business!  I suggest taking a step back and look in the mirror and ask yourself have you changed?, would you want to be your friend?, would you want to do business with yourself?

Self evaluation daily can take you a long way!

AS POWERFUL AND MIGHTY AS JESUS IS HE NEVER MADE  THE PEOPLE AROUND HIM FEEL ANY LESS OF VALUE OR OF IMPORTANCE THAN HIMSELF.  WHAT GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO STAND IN JUDGMENT?

Be a Blessing to Others and Blessing will surely come your way,

~Tamara Brown
